Job Description

• Receive Purchase Requisitions from various departments.          .
•Coordination with all retail outlet supervisors for the Requisitions.
•Invite quotations from Suppliers (Local & International) and prepare Quotation Analysis and submit for approval to Director
•Negotiate with Suppliers for the best possible price, Maximum Credit Period and service guarantee for goods and services.
                •End to end procurement from China, Italy , Holland, kenya, srilanka, Colombia , Ecuador.
•Prepare and issue Purchase Orders in accordance with the selected suppliers or bidders in compliance with price, quantity and delivery schedule.
•Follow up for the orders regularly with International suppliers and scheduling the import shipment dates as required from Holland, Italy, Ecuador, China, Germany, France & Srilanka.
•Co-ordination with the outlet supervisors if there is any delay in the shipment schedule, re arranging the goods locally by procuring the alternate items upon the approval of the management.
•Prepare impo shipment requirements and custom documentation
•Online Shipment clearance with Dubai trade i.e on Mirsal II and handing over the shipment clearance documents such as Bill of Entry.
                •Shipment clearance and releasing of import shipments
                •Creating the description of the items ordered in ERP & generates barcodes after approval from HOD, providing the same to the supplier & to the stores.
•Booking the purchase invoices after the generation of GRN from stores in ERP software.
•Filing of Purchase invoices along with attached cost sheet, Goods Receipt Note, damage report if any to the respective files & handover to finance department.
•Co-ordination with the production manager for the stocks to be procured for the event, arranging the delivery of goods on time as per the schedule without any delay.
 •Co-ordinate with the production department during the Wedding Events & assisting them in various aspects for the smooth completion of the event until handover to the client.
 •Providing time to time costing to the management during the time of events, projects etc.
