Join our team as a Purchaser to lead procurement for our furniture manufacturing company. Specializing in furniture production in steel and wood, along with interior fit-outs involving wood, steel, and glass, we need someone with 2 years of UAE experience, possessing strong leadership skills to oversee local and import purchases, and manage raw materials inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Procurement: Lead the procurement strategy for timely and cost-effective material acquisition.
2. Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers for quality and reliability.
3. Inventory Control: Manage raw material inventory levels to meet production demands.
4. Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities through negotiation and alternative sourcing.
5. Compliance: Ensure procurement activities align with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes.
7. Performance Monitoring: Develop KPIs to evaluate supplier performance and overall procurement effectiveness.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Technical knowled required.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of procurement experience, preferably in UAE's manufacturing industry.
3.Strong negotiation skills and ability to build vendor relationships.
4.Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
