Job Description

1.Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures and standards to maintain service quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
2.Manage the QAQC team and provide leadership, guidance and support to ensure effective execution of quality control activities.
3.Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
4.Oversee inspection and analysis of works to identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and implement correcti actions as needed.
5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality issues, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and optimize quality and efficiency.
6.Lead investigations into quality incidents and non-conformities and develop and implement corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
7.Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.g., ISO, QCS or equivalent) by staying updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
8.Manage quality doentation and records, including SOPs, work instructions, inspection reports, and quality metrics, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
9.Provide training and development opportunities to QAQC team members and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization.


Candidate Requirements

1.Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced Degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager or equivalent) preferred.
2.Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assuran roles.
3.Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing quality assuran programs in a manufacturing or production environment.
4.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
5.Proficiency in Quality Management software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
6.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
