RESPONSIBILITIES: Glass and Aluminium industry experience required.
1. Prepares quality checklist intended for glass and aluminum installation.
2. In-charge in the implementation of management system on site based on the approved standards.
3. Prepares daily quality inspection report which includes but not limited to the following:
3.1 Incoming materials
3.2 Installation process
4. Ensures that all inspection reports are accurate and properly documented.
5. Prepares testing activity checklist and non – conformance report for rejected output.
6. Coordinates with the client representati on all quality matters;
7. Coordinates all receipt inspections;
8. Distributes relevant documentation to different sections of work (i.e. steel, aluminum, glazing, warehousing, handing etc.).
9. Participates in the site internal and external audits.
10. Controls all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial actions in coordination with Design team and Project-in-Charge.
11. Review project requirements and technical documentation including changes in specifications.
12. Elaborates inspection and tasks progress on-site and off-site.
13. Ensures safety procedure is adheres to at site.
14. Assures all technical documents relative to site are in current status.
15. Ensures that Document Controller is provided a copy of all related documentation.
16. Performs other duties as may be assigned.
