5)National High ways, foot paths, Bus shelters with bus bays, street lights fixing works, signal lights & Direction significances, direction marking line on the BT road.
6)Bridge Bore pilling works, Bridge construction, according to the Soil investigation reports depth of piles monitoring.
7)NSP Right canal Summer storage tanks with black cotton soil covered “type-A” soil both sides, toe drain, pumping station.
8)Industrial Constructions, under tunnels, High raise buildings construction works.
9)Hospital construction, Parking buildings, STP plant constructions.
10)G.T, Steam and solar power plants constructions with Desalination plant.
11)400 kV cable line construction, 220 kV Sub stations, Sub stations civil works.
12)Reviewing and overseeing quality procedures and ensuring that company and quality requirements are being met with an emphasis on accurate detailing and speedy fulfillment of compliance to standard requirements.
13)Preparing, developing, reviewing, and implementing project-specific Quality plans, checklists, and ITPs, concurrent with the client's instructions. Also, developing quality inspection and test plans.
14)The trail tests, supplier’s pre-qualification doents, environmental situations, Client requirements are considered for quality assurance. Advice and perform all the required tests as per the project specifications and authorities’ requirements.
15)Work with Architects, Civil Consultants, Structural Consultants, Quantity Surveyors, Sub Contractors, and Clients in order to achieve milestones well in advance.
16)Review the quality performance of the works and reports findings to the Project / Construction Manager. Provide assistance and guidance to the construction team regarding the Project Quality Plan.
17)Maintain and implementation of Approved Material, fallowing the Method statements for construction works from various contractors.
18)Coordinate with all departments to ensure a smoothly and highly efficient quality control systems.
19)Inspections & testing procedures of works, analysing & ensure that Proactive & corrective action plan are initiated, monitored and executed.
20)Preparation of detailed reports on site, progress, status, and quality in the format of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
21)Implementing site quality assurance and quality control system in compliance with standards, Specifications, and Approved Drawings.
22)Coordinate with the Consultant to ensure inspections are carried out expediently.
23)Prepare and review the quality procedures and verifies that they comply with the project's requirements and all applicable codes and standards.
24)Ensure all deviations from the Project Quality Plan and applicable Company specifications are recorded and doented.
25)Perform storage and preservation checks for project materia and ensure conformance with the approved doents & procedures.
26)Monitor and ensure the effective plan implementation of PQP & Take prompt action to resolve quality issues.
27)Maintain accurate records and Logs for completed activities, inspection reports, surveillance reports, etc. Prepare and distribute all logs for weekly and monthly quality reports.
28)Ensure that all on-site audits of the project are conducted in accordance with the project Audit Schedule.
