Duties & Responsibilities:
•Inspection & testing of incoming materials, preparing reports for submission to concerned departments.
•Inspection & testing of in-process products every hour and preparing reports for submission to production.
•Ensure the quality checks are carried out as per predefined schedules.
•Perform calibration of laboratory instruments.
•Initiate corrective actions to have final products with required specifications.
•Update and maintain all doentation for auditing purposes and collect samples for laboratory analysis.
•Report to QC Manager of any quality deviations, unusual product observations and analytical results while analyzing or sample handling.
•Comply with established quality, safety, and environmental standards as per local authorities and international regulations.
Qualifications and requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Science.
•3-5 years sound knowledge & experience in QMS for industrial manufacturing sector.
•Sound knowledge of modern quality control techniques and processes.
•Self-starter with a proactive approach.
•Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
•Must have excellent communication skills, written & verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word).
