Job responsibilities:
Ability to search for properties in secondary market rent and sale
Good skills to convince property owners to provide required documents & NOC’s for targeted properties.
Good skills to evaluate a property according to the current market price
Must be familiar to use all kinds of CRM’s and advertising portals.
Ability to do the necessary paperwork, for example, leases agreements and sales report, etc.
Must have a good and negotiation skills.
