Responsibilities:
* Find new investors and buyers to introduce new projects and close the deal in the real estate sector in Dubai
* Expand the client list and produce more reviews for the company
* Assist sellers in how to promote their properties to attract advantageous offers.
* Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
* Evaluate the client's desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions.
Qualifications
* Off Plan expert with UAE driving license holder
* Secondary market experience minimum 2yrs
* Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
* Strong communication skills
* Complete knowledge about Dubai real estate and projects and business process
* Plenty listing holder
* Minimum 2 years experience in REAL ESTATE As a sales agent
* Well Knowledge in Real Estate forms such ( Form A,B,C,F & U )
* The Daily, weekly, monthly reports should submit to the higher department
