Duties and Responsibilities:
* Present to interested buyers and renters properties.
* Guide and assist clients in purchasing, selling and renting a property.
* Lists all the real estate sale properties and property information including the location, features, etc.
* Ensure terms are met by evaluating purchase contracts.
* Promote properties for sale and rent through social media, advertisement, open houses and listings.
* Oversee the buyer-seller negotiation.
* Prepare contracts and agreements necessary for real estate transactions such as purchase contracts and rental agreements (If needed only).
* Develop a competitive market price of the properties.
* Assist the needs and financial abilities of the clients to come up with a suitable solution.

* Independent and possess control over one's professional growth.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Knowledgeable about the real estate market.
* Knowledgeable about the purchase process.

Qualifications:
* Licensed Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
* Previous experience as real estate agent or a similar role.
* Customer-oriented and committed to delivering the best client experience at all times.
* Knowledgeable about the local community or local properties.
* Strong work ethic with success as a mindset.
Note: We accept also new person in real estate world and will provide training as long is willing to work on the same.
