About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. As part of our sales force, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about the Dubai real estate market, Secondary Sale, driven by results, and committed to providing a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
Generate leads through networking, marketing, and property portals
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants
Negotiate offers and close deals in the best interests of clients
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai property market and relevant legal regulations
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
Coordinate with developers, property owners, and legal teams throughout the sal process
Prepare and present marketing materials, listings, and doentation
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing (UAE market preferred)
RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Strong understanding of property marketing and online platforms
Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred
Multilingual abilities are a plus
