Key Responsibilities
•Market, sell, and lease residential (Rea plan) and commercial properties
•Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their property needs
•Arrange and conduct property viewings
•Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements
•Close real estate transactions and manage follow-up until completion
•Build and maintain strong client relationships
•Maintain accurate records of listings and client interactions
•Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
