Real Estate Agent – Dubai, Business Bay
JMM Real Estate Broker L.L.C is looking for motivated and energetic Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Dubai Real Estate is mandatory
Must have own valid UAE visa
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Multilingual candidates are preferred
Must be confident in - Cold calling, client messaging and follow-ups
Creating social media video content to generate leads
Basic knowledge of Dubai real estate market (off-plan and secondary market).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude
Job Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, messaging, networking, and social media
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct property consultations and viewings
Promote and sell off-plan and secondary market properties
Create engaging property videos and content for marketing purposes
Follow up with buyers, sellers, and investors professionally
Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and project launches
What We Offer
Salary: AED 1,500 – AED 2,000 + commission structure
Laptop and SIM allowance provided
Listings on Bayut and Dubizzle provided by the company
Dedicated admin support for property listings
Marketing campaigns and promotion support for agents creating video content

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
