Position: Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant

Job Summary:
As a Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant, you will be responsible for representing clients in the sale and rental of properties in Dubai. You will provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. This role requires proactive sales skills, excellent customer service, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
Prospect for potential sellers and buyers using various channels (networking, cold calling, social media, etc.).
Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
Evaluate clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.).
Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors.
Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant.
Proven track record of sales achievements.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Valid UAE driving license and own transportation.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
