1. Listing properties for sale or rent.
2. Sharing the listing commission with successful buyer brokers
3. Advising the property seller in preparing their property for listing and showings
4. Supervising showing, report to sellers results and feedback
5. Submitting any offers to the seller for consideration
5. Helping the seller negotiate offers to try and execute a purchase contract with a buyer
6. Working on the seller's behalf in coordinating the transaction process
7. Delivering and explain documents, disclosures and transaction items
8. Working with the seller through the closing and their move-out from the home
-Must have min.2 years experience
-Valid UAE Driving License with Car
-Must have RERA Certificate
-Salary 7,000AED
-Any Nationality
-Smart and Presentable
-Knowledge in UAE Market
