Al Maqyas Real Estate in the Emirate of Sharjah is seeking to hire experienced real estate brokers to join our team.
Client Acquisition: Proactively engage potential clients and investors to understand their real estate needs and financial goals.
Market Research: Stay current with the latest off-plan property developments and market trends in Sharjah & Dubai to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Property Presentations: Create compelling presentations and pitches to showcase off-plan projects, highlighting their investment potential and unique features.
Client Consultation: Offer expert guidance to clients, helping them make informed decisions by providing in-depth market analysis and property comparisons.
Transaction Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of off-plan property transactions, from initial contact to contract signing and beyond.
Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, real estate professionals, and industry stakeholders in Sharjah & Dubai to stay informed about new projects and opportunities.
1) Previous experience and knowledge of real estate projects and activities in the UAE for at least two years.
2) Strong skills in real estate marketing and the ability
3) to successfully close deals.
4) Excellent communication skills.
5) Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic work environment.
6) Commission-based work system.
7) Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
