The candidate must be exceedingly-educated and have a minimum of one year of experience in the relevant field.
Your Responsibilities: -
• Generate Prospects through networking, calls and referrals
• Archive targets and builds a database, pipeline of deals.
• Actively be involved in the sales of residenti properties.
• Be updated on the current property market.
• Obtain properties through Landlords and build rapport.
• Provide guidance and assist the landlord and tenant regarding the property.
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, assist clients on market conditions, prices and mortgages.
• Follow up with owners and clients on property stat.
• Minimum 1-year experience in Real Estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of closing deals.
• Fluency in English (Arabic and other languages is a plus).
• Proactive and confident.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Able to bounce back from rejection and solve problems professionally.
• Well organized and detail-oriented.
• Goal driven and self-motivated.
• Able to go beyond expectations.
• RERA certified.
• Driving License
