Responsibilities:
o Carry out various real estate duties, and to establish a strong network of connections within the industry.
o Responsibilities will include soliciting clients for renting, buying, and selling homes and properties, as well as negotiating and arranging real estate transactions.
o Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
o Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions.
o Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability.
o Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.
o Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns.
o Generate and manage lists of properties for sale.
o Knowledgeable about the property market and best practices.
Qualifications
o 1-2 years' of Real Estate experience
o Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
o Driving License
