Role Description:
Waynah Properties is hiring a Real Estate Consultant on a full-time basis. You will be in charge of daily duties pertaining to real estate sales and negotiations as a Real Estate Consultant. This entails managing customer connections, arranging property viewings, offering market research and guidance, and helping clients buy, sell, and rent real estate. You will collaborate closely with clients and real estate sector stakeholders in this on-site role in Dubai.
Qualifications:
Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
Experience in sales and negotiation
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Training and mentoring abilities
Attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using real estate software and technology
Fluency in English and Arabic
Relevant real estate certifications or licenses
