Role Description :-
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent in Dubai. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing efforts.
Conduct property showings to potential buyers and renters.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and financing options.
Prepare and present offers to sellers and buyers.
Negotiate contracts and facilitate the closing process.
Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors.
Qualifications :-
1-2 years of Real Estate knowledge
Strong customer service and sales skills
Knowledge of real property regulations and laws
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field is preferred
Real estate experience in Dubai is a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of successful sales in real estate or related field preferred.
