Responsibilities:
Handle buying, selling, and leasing of ready properties across Dubai.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and landlords.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers.
Stay up to date with the latest market trends and property values.
Proactively source new listings through networking and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales targets with full support from our in-house team.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai secondary market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
RERA certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
Strong client management and follow-up skills.
Valid UAE driving license and own car is a plus.
