We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telesales Executive to join our Sales team!
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota and to help the company grow by bringing in clients and developing business.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable for finding clients or services over the phone.
Job Role and Responsibilities -
Daily telephone conversation with potential clients for general market analysis.
Studying the details of each property, location, types, offer, rent and sale option
Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
Calling active own to encourage their property for listing, rental and sales
Noting important details of each conversation.
Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our brok team for closing.
Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
Generating new leads through asking for referrals, networking, outsourcing and promotional venues which leads to potential sales.
Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
Booking appointments and meetings between the potential client and the Property Consultants.
Working towards converting company assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales.
Liaison with Marketing team on lead feedback and reports.
Fluent in English.
Should be able to work with a Team.
Salary is Negotiable (can be discussed in interview)
Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in Real Estate.
Experience in Telesales or Telemarketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Convincing Power.
