We’re looking for a talented Videographer, Video Editor, and Content Creator who can produce cinematic, high-quality videos of luxury villas, apartments, and investment properties. You’ll combine creativity and technical skill to create visuals that truly connect with high-net-worth clients and international investors.

Key Responsibilities
Video Production•Film luxury villas, apartments, and investment properties in high quality•Plan and capture creative, clean, and cinematic shots•Use professional equipment including cameras, gimbals, drones (if licensed), lighting, etc.•Create property walkthroughs that show lifestyle, space, and key features
Post-Production & Editing•Edit videos using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, or similar software•Add color grading, music, graphics, and smooth transitions•Deliver polished videos for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and presentations•Keep all content aligned with our brand identity
Collaboration & Workflow•Work closely with agents and the marketing team to understand each property•Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines•Keep all footage organized and maintain a clean asset library•Provide quick turnarounds on urgent listings
Required Qualifications
Essential•Portfolio showcasing real estate, architecture, or luxury brand videography•Advanced experience with video editing software•Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling•Great attention to detail and creative problem-solving•Ability to work independently and manage time well•Strong communication skills•Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE
Preferred•Drone experience + UAE drone license•Motion graphics / After Effects knowledge•Experience in luxury real estate marketing•Understanding of social media formats and trends•Engli bilingual is a plus
