Job Description

Answer and Screens high volume of incoming calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards.
Greets and receives visitors, and directs visitors to destination. Obtains visitor's name and announces visitor's arrival to appropriate person.
Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents and assists with other administrative projects as required.
Maintains reception area in neat and orderly condition.
Monitoring and Reporting for Office Plants Maintenance and Replacement
Assists visitors and staffs with questions and information.
Reservation of Company Conference Room
Coordination latest Company Master Contact  list
Arrange collection and distributes mail and messages.
Issue, Monitoring, Control and Custodian  of  Company Access Card and Visitor Pass
File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned and for other departments as needed.
Registration of Visitors & Contractors, Issuing Visitors & Contractors Passes and custodian of Transponder Card and Maintain Spare Car Parking Space.
Ordering Cafeteria Food and Beverage for Office, sourcing Suppliers and Quotation, Negotiation and Ordering
Monitoring  and maintaining F&B quality at High Level and Stock Control & Stock Replenishment
Review Invoice and Payment Process Correctness
Registration All Postal Mail  and Courier Service both Inbound and Outbound
Review Invoices and payment process Correctness, i.e. Courier Account
Reservation of Company Conference and monitoring All Conference Rooms  Ready As Reservation Requests.
Procurement of General Reception Duties.
Assistant duties in the absence of the nominated Administration Assistant.
Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, subordinates and supervisors.
Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearance.
