Job Description:
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing outstanding customer service to clients and visitors. Your professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and organizational abilities will ensure efficient operations and a positive experience for all. This role requires a proactive and service-oriented individual with exceptional multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a warm and friendly attitude
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Register and sign in visitors and issue security passes as required
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing conference room bookings
Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and doent management
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services
Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and liaise with the IT department when necessary
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures
Handle any ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the management


Candidate Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is advantageous
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office suite
Familiarity with phone systems and office machinery
Customer service-oriented mindset and the ability to handle various types of inquiries
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
