Job Description

As a Receptionist, you play a pivotal role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and callers. Your welcoming demeanor, organizational skills, and effective communication contribute to the smooth functioning of our front desk and office operations.
Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
-Answer incoming calls, direct callers to appropriate individuals or departments, and take accurate messages.
-Manage appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure efficient use of conference rooms.
-Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and doent preparation.
-Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries; arrange outgoing mail and shipments.
-Relay messages, memos, and announcements to employees and departments as needed.
-Maintain office supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
-Handle visitor sign-in and security protocols, ensuring a safe and secure office environment.
-Address minor inquiries and issues independently, escalating complex matters as required.
-Provide excellent customer service to all visitors, callers, and colleagues, offering assistance and resolving inquiries p-promptly.
-Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
-Use office equipment such as phones and computers proficiently.
-Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
-Multitask effectively, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities.


Candidate Requirements

-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
-Proficiency in using office equipment and basic software applications.
-Organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
-Attention to detail and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
-Customer service experience is a plus.
-Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email clients) is beneficial.
