Job Role: We are currently looking for an experienced and talented candidates for a reputed company.
Responsibilites: Answering phone call in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Maintain kitchen supplies.
Arrange transmittals between branches.
Direct visitors to the appropriate meeting room. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentble, with all necessary stationery and material. Receive, sort and distribute daily ma.
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock. Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Requirements: Bachelor Degree
Pleasing Personality Professional Attitude Good communication skills Good in MS Office(Excel, Word, Power Point)
