POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinic Receptionist will act as the Image bearers of the clinic.
The incoming patients will be met by Receptionist and the manner of dealing with the patient shall convey an impression of the entire Clinic.
Therefore, the onus is on the Receptionist to be courteous to and prompt in attending, the incoming patients.
Providing customer service with a positive, welcoming attitude at all times; maintaining a clutter-free, customer-friendly environment.
Minimum Education:At least High School Diploma, preferably University Graduate in any course discipline.
Minimum Requirements:at least 2 years of working in the reception section in healthcare setting, five-star hotel, retail services or similar work related to the above position.
Language: Bilingual (Arabic + English)
Nationality: Any Arab Country
