Job Description

-Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times..
-Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
-treat all patients equally without bias and without discrimination towards color, nationality, religion, political or ual orientation.
-Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
-Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
-Managing a team of junior customer service representatives
-Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
-Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
-Provide translation services when required
-Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems for all partners
-Maintain confidentiality of patient records
-Deal with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter or face-to-face
-Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars
-Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations
-Enter customer data and send correspondence
-Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
-Guide the patients to treating clinic
-Prepare bills and take payments
-Performs additional duties as needed


Candidate Requirements

previous experience in dental or medical centers
Dealing with all insurance company
Fluent in both Arabic and English languages
High customer service skills
