Job Description

We are Looking for a Female Secreta In Oman

Responsibilities

Minimum 1 year of Secretary ,receptionist or Administrative experience
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the Office.
Guide visitors to the appropriate person and Cabin.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
Serve refreshments to Managers only
Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. Managing databases and filing systems.
Reminding the manag of important tasks and deadlines.
Implementing and maintaining procedur systems.
Researching on behalf of the manager.
Organizing the manager’s commitments or Other
Other Jobs as assigned by Manager.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Requirements:
This Position is only for Females and must know English and Arabic

Proven work experience as a secretary and Knowledge of office management systems, and procedures MS Office proficiency, Outstanding organizational and time management skills, Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications ,Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload will considered as an added Advantage.
