Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Manage office correspondence, including incomi mail
Prepare and maintain doents, spreadsheets, and databases.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for office staff.
Order and manage office supplies
Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the office.
Liaise with Maintenance company and Landlord and tenants.
Ensure office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) is functional and well-maintained.
Maintain office records, filing systems, and company doents.
