We are seeking a professional and courteous Female Receptionist who is fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors receives a welcoming and friendly greeting. Your bilingual skills will be pivotal in supporting our diverse customer base, allowing you to communicate effectively with both Arabic and English-speaking individuals. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our front office, requiring a calm demeanor and excellent organizational abilities. Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with accuracy and politeness.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via pho.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily ma efficiently.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via reception desk.
Update appointments and schedule meetings for senior staff members.
Coordinate with facility management staff and manage front office supplies stock.
Maintain and update records of staff directories and contact lists.
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Liaise with colleagues and clients to ensure high-standard customer service delivery.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, as requested.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Arabic and English languages, both spoken and written.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Customer service attitude with a genuine desire to help and support clients.
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
