Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors professionally
* Answer and route phone calls
* Manage reception desk and visitor log
* Handle emails, bookings, and meeting schedules
* Support basic administrative and office tasks
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area
* Coordinate with internal departments when required
Requirements:
* Fluent in Arabic and English
* Proven experience in reception or customer service
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in MS Office and basic admin tasks
* Presentable, polite, and confident
* Must be currently in Qatar and ready to join
