Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and professional Filipina Lady to take on the dual role of Receptionist and Office Cleaner. The ideal candidate will ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office while also managing front-desk responsibilities and keeping track of office inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet and assist visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate staff
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Provide general administrative and clerical support when required
Cleaning Duties:
Ensure daily cleaning of all office areas including desks, pantry, meeting rooms, and washrooms
Dust and sanitize surfaces regularly
Dispose of trash and recyclables properly
Restock office and pantry supplies such as tissues, hand soap, and refreshments
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain records of office and cleaning supplies
Notify the relevant department when stock levels are low
Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items
Support procurement by providing accurate inventory counts and usage updates
