Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Native Russian (but not mandatory) capable of multitasking in a fast-paced office environment. . This role will encompass traditional Receptionist duties, Personal Assistant responsibilities and providing executive support to the Director.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Director's office, managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and maintaining the Director's calendar.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Provide administrative support to the office staff and management.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
Offer refreshments, including tea and coffee, to guests upon arrival.
Ensure the availability of beverages and refreshments at all times.
Monitor and replenish office pantry supplies as needed.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms.
Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Native Russian but not mandatory
Proven experience as a secretary, receptionist, or administrative assistant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effective
Bachelor Degree
Experience is a must
Reception / PA: 2 years (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
