Job Description

We are looking for a ( Filipino Only ) Receptioni with administrative and clerical skills :
Job Type: Full-time
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
-At least 4 years of relevant experience
-Logistics and accounting experience will be added as advantage
-Methodical thinker with detailed research proficiency and presentation
-Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles
-Strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems
-Fantastic organizational skills and detail oriented
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Brilliant written and verbal communication skills, presentable
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software
-Experience in arranging business trips (ticket and hotel booking) and meeting (online and offline)
-Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
-Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
-Handle office inquires, stationery, pantry and cleaning materials supply on regular basis.
