Position: Registered Nurse (Arabic Speaking)
Location: Kamal Medical Center, UAE
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards of care.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and self-care techniques.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, reporting any changes in condition to the healthcare team promptly.
Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations for patient care improvement.
Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and effective communication skills when interacting with patients and families from diverse backgrounds.
Stay abreast of advancements in nursing practice and participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the UAE.
Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are advantageous.
