JOB DESCRIPTION:Serve certainnumber of number of customers on a daily basisPrepare, cook, and,and present meals in a lunch box.
Good at time management Maintain the highest possible hygiene and maintenance standardsControl the food cost Check the stock and place orders when necessary Make sure the kitchen is kept clean all the time
Job Location:Dubai, United Arab Emirates
BS Degree in Culinary Arts or related certificate would be a plus
• Minimum 3 years of proven working experience as a Co in a small kitchen setting
• Proven experience in cooking healthy food
• Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
• Knowledge of bexst cooking practices and understanding of trends and new styles
• Food Hygiene qualifications and professional cooking qualification
