Required Operator & Programmer for Woodworking CNC Machine (Machine Profit H20 & Programer TPA Italy)
Responsibilities:
- Utilize C software to build-up detailed 2D and 3D models for woodworking projects.
- Dissect & translate 2D CAD designs into machinable parts using CAM software.
- Optimize milling toolpaths for efficiency, ensuring high-quality cuts and minimal waste.
- Set up & operate a 4-axis CNC machining center & all related tooling.
- Overseen daily & scheduled maintenance requirements of the CNC machine.
- Conduct quality checks on finished parts, ensuring they meet precise specifications.
- Troubleshoot any issues and coordinate with technicians for machine maintenance.

Qualifications:
- Experience as a C Operator in a woodworking manufacturing environment with CNC machining center operations.
- In-depth knowledge of woodworki manufacturing methods. Should be capable of generating cutting lists.
- Needs to be proficient with full 4-axis interpolation & use of CNC aggregates.
- Proven experience in programming (TPA Italy) and operating (Profit H20).
