## **Responsibilities:**

Preferred skills:
It’s preferred for a candidate, if he has skills, to handle housekeeping works, and the light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and performing basic appliance repairs. These duties help maintain the property and ensure a comfortable living environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality (or relative degree)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.
- Excellent communication skills.
