Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized Administrat Coordinator to join our team. This position requires a blend of administrative expertise and marketing creativity. You will be coordinating managing the day-to-day administrative operations while also providing support to the restaurant’s marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a passion for both operations and promotion.

Administrative Duties:
•Manage daily administrative tasks including doentation and staff communication
•Coordination of Attendance Schedule & Attendance Clarification
•Coordinates compliance with authority regulations
•Coordinate with vendors

Marketing Duties:
•Maintaining proper archiving of digital assets, specifically photos and videos
•Coordinating with marketing agencies for day-to-day activities
•Monitoring social media accounts
•Analyze customer feedback and marketing data to adjust strategies for maximizing engagement


Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:
•Previous experience in an administrative role
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and PDF Editor
•Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
