Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and cooking of food under the guidance of senior chefs
Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients as required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
Ensure food storage areas are clean and comply with health and safety regulations
Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently
Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly
Support with plating and garnishing during service
Comply with hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
Take part in daily kitchen operations and contribute to team efficiency
Requirements
Previous kitchen experience
Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Team player with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
