Managing restaurant staff’s work schedules
Handle the restaurant from staff to accounts and able to handle clients
Supervise and control the staff and responsible to improve business
Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills
Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
Must be able to work professionally with the other staff to ensure satisfactory customer service is delivered
Must maintain a friendly and courteous manner at all times
Accommodation and transportation is provided
Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
Hands-on experience in cashier duties
Attention to cleanliness and safety
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The ability to stand for extended periods
Strong management skills
