Customer Service:
• To greet the customers and welcome them when the customers enter the branches.
• To execute customer requests and transactions.
• To ensure that all the transactions are done adhering to the guidelines of the organization and AML compliance.
• To effectively handle customer enquiries (over phone and in person).
• To show a consistency in doing the customer transactions and hence achieving the targets.
• Effectively handle customer complaints and track the status of customer complaints through CMS system.
• To effectively handle customers through lobby management.
• To help the branch achieve the targets through good customer interactions.
• To get constantly self-updated on changes, modifications to company policy, processes, procedures and business tools.
• To escalate and close critical and urgent enquires in a timely and efficient manner.
• To support the Branch Head in executing laid down company programs.
Marketing:
• To create awareness among the customers about the privileged Gold Card and to sell the same.
• To create awareness among the corporate customers about the privileged Silver Card and to sell the same.
• To take extra initiatives to go out with the Marketing Executives to do Marketing of the firm.
1. Fresh Graduates.
2. Good English reading, comprehension and communication skills. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
3. Information processing skills.
4. Computer awareness and usage skills.
5. Cash handling skills
6. Excellent typing skills (at least 40 words per minute)
