•Assist always the Retail Sales Managers to achieve growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
•Overseeing sales people, cashiers and other employees.
•Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft and wastage.
•Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit margins.
•Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
•Ensure the hygiene of the store and products are clean and ready to be displayed.
•Ensure pricing is correct.
•Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
•Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
•Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
•Maintain the store reorder /replenishment of stock level process always.
•Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining probability.
•Regularly maintained a positive back room inventory.
•Degree in any discipline with at least minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Retail Sales or in any FMCG Retail Industry.
•Excellent track records in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets & KPI’s.
•Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal relationship and communication.
•Strong business acumen sense, sales skills and leadership skills.
•Should be a tech savvy.
•Age should be in between 25 to 35.
•Job Location- Anywhere in UAE.
