RMA executive is required to have a through knowledge of reverse logistics and end to end process of return material authorization and replacement issuance. This requires material planning and optimal utilization of inventory.
Proficiency in MS-office 365 and application software's in a key requirement. Knowledge of Tally or equivalent systems is an added advantage.
Minimum educational qualification - Graduation
MS excel proficiency is key.
