•Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in theming, adventures, or play industry.
•Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
•Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•Knowledge of Theming, soft play, ropes courses, and zip line construction methodologies.
•Strong understanding of construction and installation techniques.
•Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
•Excellent leadership and communication skills.
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess and address issues promptly.
•Results-oriented with the ability to generate comprehensive reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Health and Safety, or an environmental discipline.
•Comfort working at heights and in various weather conditions.
