Experience:
• Safety Officer shall have minimum qualification of three-year with10 years of experience out of which 5 years in HES oil & gas, refineries / petrochemicals etc. The Contractor's Safety Officer shall be approved by Company Representative prior to commencement of work.
• With experience not less than Eight (8) years in construction, maintenance, and project handling.
• The qualifications as stated in HES & security requirements.
• Shall have valid Kuwait driving license.
• Shall be able to read and write English
fluently and prefer to understand Arabic.
• Knowledge in operating computer application (Windows, MS Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Access & Outlook).
• Inspection of all Vehicles of the Contractor and ensuring a safe operation. Ensure that the drivers are following the Company traffic safety rules at Site. Ensure that safe working practices were adopted for all activities carried out by the Contractor’s employees. Ensure the usage of appropriate PPE by all workers & they are well maintained. Carrying out hazards assessment by applying technique of job Safety analysis and risk assessment and similar activities. Identify the potential hazards in work area, suggesting& implementing safety procedures. Conducting safety educational and motivate training to maintain good culture at Site. Implement any new Company HES program /procedures as and when advised. Report and investigate all near miss, incidents, accidents, and identify
• Diploma in Electric Engineering
• Diploma in Industrial Safety and Management
• NEBOSH / OSHA certification will be preferred
