Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
•Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, client meetings, and referrals.
•Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
•Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product offerings, especially in HVAC or trading materials, to effectively address customer inquiries and make informed recommendations.
•Quotation and Negotiation: Prepare and present quotations, negotiate prices, terms, and contracts, and follow up with clients to close sales.
•Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.
•Customer Service: Address customer concerns and provide after-sales support, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly.
•Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, customer interactions, and progress towards targets in the system.
•Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing and technical teams to ensure the smooth execution of orders and delivery of services.
•Trade Shows & Events: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the business and generate leads.


Candidate Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:
•Experience:2 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC field or related trading industries. However, strong sales skills in any sector will be considered.
•Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, excellent negotiation, and closing skills.
•Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and colleagues.
•Customer-Oriented: A high level of customer focus and a proactive approach to solving client issues.
•Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of HVAC systems and materials is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
•Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and sales activities simultaneously.
