JOB OBJECTIVE
Responsible for maintaining the luxury environment and brand’s highest standards, and build a long-term relationship with the customers for better brand representation
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide excellent customer service to customers
2. Dealing with all customer questions about the products and services the company offers
3. Conducting product demonstration to customers and answering all product inquiries
4. Attending to customer queries, concerns or complaints
5. Assisting in the opening and closing of the shop
6. Ensuring stocks are replenished
7. Providing solution and recommendation, if applicable
8. Keeping the cleanliness and orderliness in the shop
9. Attendance to required training held online, locally or overseas
