Our company is looking for a Sales Agent to join our team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent at Macan Car Rental L.L.C in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling car rental services, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
•Provide excellent Customer Service Experience
•Handle vehicle rental process.
•Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner;
•Prepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information;
•Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required;
•Provide customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc;
•Review all charges at the time of vehicle return;
•Offer optional products to meet customer wants and needs;
•Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges;
•Ensure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate;
•Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues;
•Use company approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs;
•Qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines;
•Work in a fast-paced sales environment, providing helpful, quality service and sales, while enhancing the customer’s rental experience;
•Effectively communicate and offer ancillary products and services to enhance customer’s travel experience;
•Maintain appearance appropriate for providing best in class customer service in accordance with established guidelines;
•Achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.
Requirements:
•Minimum 2 years proven work experience as Sales Agent and customer service skills.
•Graduate in any discipline and must have computer knowledge.
•Knowledge of car rental services and the automotive industry.
•Must have the ability to work with little direction maintaining.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong customer service skills.
•Ability to handle customers in efficient and professional manner.
•Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment; ability to handle multiple customers and transactions at the same time.
•Computer proficient.
•Willingness to work in flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
•Fluency in multiple languages preferred.
•Knowledge of the Arabic language is a plus.
